For the Students, By the Students of the MU Science and Agricultural Journalism Program
Author: Reagan Limbach
Hello, my name is Reagan Limbach and I am a freshman at the University of Missouri. I am majoring in Agricultural Education through the Teacher Certification Program with minors in communications and business. Although I am a new student, the idea of attending Mizzou is not new to me. I have been attending football and basketball games and cheering on the Tigers since before I can even remember. I am from a tiny village about an hour south of here called Mary’s Home. It was here that my passion for both agriculture and teaching grew. My family spends a lot of time on the road showing livestock. I spend my summers working long hours in the show barn, getting our showing pigs and goats ready for the local, state and county fairs. I can’t wait to write for CAFNR Corner Post because it offers a lot of experience that is useful for my future career as an agriculturalist. I am excited to get the chance to be the voice for agriculture during my time as a writer for Corner Post.
