CAFNR class of 2014 is largest ever

As the fall 2014 semester at MU comes to a close, so does the undergraduate career of 402 College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources students.

On Sunday, May 18,CAFNR Commencement will take place in the Hearnes Center on MU’s Campus.

This is the largest class yet to graduate from CAFNR. Guest speaker at the commencement will be Congresswoman Vicki Hartzler.

Laura Denker, coordinator of student services organizes the CAFNR commencement.

“CAFNR commencement is a very exciting time for students and their families,” Denker said.  “CAFNR’s commencement is unlike any others — we have fun, we celebrate and we honor the students and their accomplishments.”

My name is Erin Boedeker, I am a Agricultural Education – Leadership major at the University of Missouri. My emphasis within my major is Communications and Science and Agricultural Journalism.
