Brad Pitt Visits Alma Matter
By Billy Pipp, Corner Post staff

Brad Pitt, known to be one of Hollywood’s most popular, was on campus last week for a viewing of, “Going Up River The Long War of John Kerry,” in Jesse Auditorium. The night started off with the former Missouri Governor Roger Wilson introducing Pitt to the audience, who were mainly there to see Pitt.

"I'm not here to push my candidate on you," Pitt said uttering a “John Kerry,” under his breath. "I'm here in rage against the actions of Sinclair Broadcast."

Sinclair, the media company was going to air an anti-Kerry documentary on public TV, but decided to halt that idea late last week. Director George Butler was also in attendance answering many questions after the movie. The event was put together by the College Democrats who were out in full force gathering signatures for volunteers.
