Conference Plants Future Leaders Of Agriculture

Seven CAFNR students will have the opportunity to receive grants to attend the 2004 Agriculture Future of America (AFA) Conference, November 4-7 in Kansas City, Mo. These grants are provided by the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources.

Nationally recognized leaders in agriculture, business, government and education present the 2004 Agriculture Future of America Leaders Conference. During the conference they work to support college men and women preparing for careers in agriculture related fields, bridge the gap between academic, leadership and work experience, and create excitement about the future of agriculture. Another objective is to allow students to network with peers and leaders in agriculture, business, government and education.
