An Inspirational Start

September 21,2003 "There's no better way to start off Ag Week than to worship God," said Brandon Grooms as he welcomed many MU students to the Worship Service in Allen Auditorium sponsored by Alpha Gamma Rho on September 21, 2003.

Kevin Wright led the praise and worship music with voice and guitar playing. The audience rose together to sing songs such as "Open the Eyes of My Heart," and "Amazing Grace." Paul Vaughn, associate dean for academic programs of CAFNR, shared with us the message. He said "Almost all of you have had a class in this room; therefore today's prayers probably aren't the first that you've heard or even said in here." The message was definitely inspirational.
