There was a ton of things that took that afternoon. Several producers came and

is Homecoming. Not only is it a fun-filled weekend, but it is
a tradition that originated right
here in Columbia. It began in 1911 when the University of Missouri's Director
of Athletics, Chester L. Brewer, urged Mizzou alumni to "Come Home" for the game. (full

Cattlewomen Invade the American Royal

October 23-24, 2003- Three members from the Mizzou Collegiate Cattlewomen's Association
visited the 2003 American Royal Livestock Show held in Kansas City, Missouri.
The American Royal is held from October 3 to November 22. At the Royal, America's
best livestock are showcased. There are also rodeos, barbeque contests, and concerts

Oct. 26, 2003-Cool temperatures and a slight drizzle had no effect on the warmth
and cheer inside the Hearnes Center Fieldhouse on Saturday morning before the
MU Homecoming game against Texas Tech. The University of Missouri Ag Alumni Association

of the Mizzou Tigers and coach Gary Pinkel. They won the contest on Saturday
